    Founder of Retail Ecommerce Club, CDO of NBG Home

    Don Brett is the GM and Chief Commercial Officer of NBG Home, and previously spent more than 15 years leading Ecommerce at Newell Brands. In 2021, he founded the invite-only executive community, Retail eCommerce club, as well as a Founding Board Member for The REM Council

  • Ray Cao

    Founder and Chair of Global REM Council

    Ray Cao is the founder of the Global REM Council. Ray also serves on the Board of Agora Brands and GoBolt. Previously, Ray helped to found the M&A division at Clearco, and co-founded and sold three companies.

    Ray is a recipient of AdAge’s 40 Under 40 award and Waterloo’s 40 Under 40.

  • Priya Saiprasad

    Partner at SoftBank Vision Fund

    Priya is a Softbank Investment Advisors partner on Vision Fund 2, specializing in AI and analytics-driven growth-stage investments at the intersection of software and consumer technology. Prior to her role at Softbank, she was a venture partner at Mayfield, and a founding member and principal at M12 (Microsoft’s venture fund).

  • Nikitas Koutoupes

    Managing Director, Insight Partners

    Nikitas is a Managing Director at Insight Partners focused on investments in application software, especially in education technology and sales and marketing automation. Prior to joining Insight in 2001, Nikitas co-founded and was the Chief Financial Officer of CTSpace. Nikitas started his career at McKinsey & Co., where he worked on strategy, turnaround, M&A and corporate finance engagements.

  • Himanshu Jain

    VP Product, CommerceIQ

    Himanshu is VP of Product at CommerceIQ, a SoftBank funded unicorn, that helps consumer brands grow their market share profitably on leading marketplaces by connecting and automating different levers of Retail Ecommerce. He leads a team of product managers and data analysts/scientists in building and scaling machine learning based automation products for brands to win in Ecommerce. He started his career at A.T. Kearney.
