Zia Daniell Wigder is a renowned industry leader in REM, and her accomplishments have earned her recognition as one of the Most Influential People in the field. Currently serving as the Chief Content Officer at Insider Intelligence (parent company of eMarketer), Zia is responsible for directing the activities of over 100 analysts and forecasters, focused on covering global digital trends with a particular focus on retail and ecommerce, digital marketing, banking and payments, digital health, and more.

Prior to joining Insider Intelligence, Zia was the Chief Global Content Officer at Shoptalk and co-founder of Groceryshop. She led the team that created the agenda for these revolutionary retail conferences, identifying innovative businesses and recruiting over 300 speakers. Zia's contributions helped elevate Shoptalk and Groceryshop to be two of the most successful retail events, which ultimately resulted in their acquisition by UK-based Hyve Group for a combined $145 million in 2019.

Her expertise and passion for all things global have earned her numerous invitations to speak at international retail events, where she regularly delivers keynote addresses.

Zia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and her Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University
