Vince Jones

As the eCommerce Head of PepsiCo, Vince is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of PepsiCo's eCommerce business, as well as incubating digital capabilities that enable PepsiCo's continued growth and transformation.

Vince leads a team of over 200 professionals at PepsiCo, comprised of both CPG experts and digital talent who are across the PepsiCo business. Under his leadership, PepsiCo has achieved significant growth and success in the ecommerce space.

Prior to joining PepsiCo in 2017, Vince built deep ecommerce domain expertise as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Digital Officer at Bluestem Brands, a $2 billion direct-to-consumer retailer. There, he co-founded the Zenalytics Lab, which created significant innovations in credit and marketing decisions using machine learning modeling techniques for predictive analytics.

Earlier in his career, Vince was President and CEO of eBags, Vice President of Operations and Finance at SugarSync, and a member of the launch team at Walmart.com. He started his career as a consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he specialized in technology and operations consulting.

Vince holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is certainly one of The Most Powerful People in Retail Ecommerce Management (REM).
