Tiffany's career at Clorox began in brand management, and she has held multiple leadership roles in consumer and shopper marketing teams, developed global commerce capability, and led the eCommerce marketing function. She was also the author of the award-winning blog, "Mom Moments: Coming Clean on Family, Work, and Clorox," which was one of the first corporate blogs in the consumer packaged goods industry.

Before joining Clorox, Tiffany worked at Nortel Networks in various locations, including Canada, the USA, Malaysia, and Singapore. She is a founding member of the Ascendant Retail Media Council and an active volunteer in local community organizations.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor's degree from Western University (Canada) and an MBA from Harvard Business School, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and growth.
