Sri Rajagopalan is the Chief Customer Officer for U.S. Retail at General Mills, Sri is responsible for overseeing nearly 1000 sales professionals and all customer activities to grow the $11B U.S. Retail business.

With over 27 years of experience in the CPG industry, Sri is a seasoned leader in omnichannel transformation, customer management, and digital-led commerce. Prior to joining General Mills in 2021, Sri held leadership positions at Frito-Lay North America, PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc., and Revlon, where he consistently partnered with key retailers to drive profitable growth. Sri graduated from Virginia Tech with an MBA in Marketing.

Sri's expertise in the field has earned him recognition as a key diversity and inclusion leader in the industry, having been awarded twice by the California legislative assembly. He is also the co-founder of the CPG Guys, the CPG industry's largest weekly podcast blog on all things omnichannel retail, where he shares his insights and encourages dialogue among industry professionals.
