Francesca Hahn, Vice President of U.S. Digital Commerce and Direct-to-Consumer for Mondelēz International, is an exceptional leader with more than twenty years of experience in Sales Transformation and Customer Leadership roles.

In her current role, Francesca is responsible for the strategy and execution of eCommerce for the U.S. business unit and two Direct-to-Consumer sites. Her leadership and expertise have set the standard for Global Capability Expansion, driving business results by leading multi-functional teams and managing change in fast-paced environments.

Prior to joining Mondelēz in April 2021, Francesca held multiple leadership roles in her over eleven years with Colgate-Palmolive, including leading the Hill's Pet Nutrition eCommerce team, which was the leading eCommerce business at Colgate-Palmolive globally. She also worked for Britax Child Safety, Inc., where she led a transformation agenda to be digital first and improve long-term profitability by focusing on differentiated innovation, customer ecosystems, and digital capabilities.

Francesca's expertise in Retail Ecommerce Management (REM) and her deep understanding of consumer behavior have been instrumental in driving growth and profitability for the companies she has worked for. She is a strategic thinker and a visionary leader who is always pushing the boundaries to find new ways to drive results.
