Dave is at the forefront of driving profitable revenue growth across Amazon's retail customers. Prior to this role, Dave led Marketing and Insights for Amazon Ads, where he demonstrated his deep understanding of the ecommerce marketplace and its evolving needs.

With over a decade of experience at Amazon, Dave has a proven track record of delivering results across diverse functions and product lines. He was the Technical Advisor for the SVP leading Amazon's Products and Technology, where he learned the Sponsored Ads product family. From 2018 to 2021, Dave led the advertising business and products for Fire TV and Fire tablets, before taking on the challenge of leading Amazon DSP, Amazon's programmatic advertising product for Display, Video, and Audio ad campaigns across Amazon properties and thousands of third-party websites and apps. He has also managed 1,000+ tech and non-tech employees across 15+ countries and 40+ locations.

Before joining Amazon, Dave developed and operated multi-channel ecommerce products for large retailers such as Target.com in the US, Marksandspencer.com in the UK, and Sears.ca in Canada. In this role, he managed 100+ tech and non-tech employees in the Amazon Consumer business.

His business impact, particularly in the areas of Retail Media clearly makes him one of The Most Powerful People in Retail Ecommerce Management (REM).
