In both roles, Chau was responsible for the strategic direction of all aspects of the company's global technology organization, driving digital strategy, transformation, and growth initiatives across the business units, and ensuring integration of commerce channels that reach all customer touchpoints.

Chau's extensive professional portfolio also includes leadership and digital pioneering positions at leading global retailers, including Coach, Abercrombie & Fitch, and L Brands. She has also led strategic advisory and business operations capabilities at Capgemini and Ernst & Young, Energizer, and Kimberly-Clark.
