Brad Santanna is a true leader in the REM industry and is being recognized as one of the Stars in REM. As the Head of Omni-channel Planning & Operations at The Hershey Company, Brad is responsible for driving growth and innovation in the company's e-commerce operations, which have experienced tremendous success under his leadership.

With over two decades of experience in general management, sales, marketing, and category management, Brad brings a unique perspective to his role that has allowed him to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth. He is a results-oriented professional who is passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and people leadership.

At The Hershey Company, Brad oversees e-commerce operations for some of the world's most beloved confection brands, including Twizzlers, Reese's, Brookside, and many more. He has successfully managed partnerships with large online retailers like Walmart and Amazon, as well as growing on-demand platforms like Instacart. In fact, a significant portion of the company's $10 billion in annual sales now comes from growth seen from its online channels.

Brad earned his MBA from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Policy from Duke University. Not surprising, he is a huge Duke fan.
